We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any features or services at any time without notice.

3. API Usage and Fair Use

• Your API usage is subject to the limits and quotas defined by your current subscription plan.
• You may not attempt to circumvent, bypass, or manipulate any usage limits, rate limits, authentication, or security mechanisms.
• Sharing API keys or account access with others is strictly prohibited.
• Automated or excessive requests that negatively impact service stability may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription. Details, pricing, and limits are listed on the website.
• By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge you according to your selected plan, including recurring payments if applicable.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and for any taxes, fees, or additional charges associated with your use.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused periods.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ASOReport for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide access to ASOReport APIs or data to third parties without our written consent
• Use bots, scrapers, or similar methods to access or copy large portions of our service except through documented and authorized API endpoints
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our services

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, data, trademarks, logos, and technology on ASOReport are the property of SafeDev LTD or its licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Some features or data may reference or integrate third-party services (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). ASOReport is not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• ASOReport is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or merchantability.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor the accuracy or reliability of any data or results.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeDev LTD, its officers, employees, affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafeDev LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

13. Modifications to Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
